Narrrative Short Films
I began exploring the creation of narrative films throughout high school, with each of these shorts portraying coming-of-age stories built on themes of self-growth, adventure, and hope.
A Deep Breath (2022)

A Deep Breath is a personal project that I wish to share with anyone dealing with struggles of stress or anxiety. I created this short film with the intention to spread awareness of the importance of finding outlets to help manage stress when doing simple every-day tasks. This is my first short live action film and I hope its content can connect to others and spread a message of hope.
One Step Forward (2022)

One Step Forward is a short film I created with the intention of voicing my views and opinions on the growing use of the media in today's society. There are certain personal aspects I have included, yet ensured to also add components that I believe are relatable to to other young girls. I wish to make my voice heard and share an authentic message to young girls who come across my creative project.
Home (2022)

Home is an experimental project for me, since I encompassed aspects of fantasy that transcend natural reality, while also adding multiple genres of coming-of age, drama, and horror to create a three-dimensional plot. I intend to emphasize values of family and adventure, and wish to have these ideas personally resonate with the viewers.
Passion (2023)

Passion is intended to reflect personal experiences, while implementing common values of overcoming self-doubt and the importance of creativity. I wish to bring the audience into the main character's mind, allowing them to grasp the importance of passion in an individual’s life.
Short Journalistic Pieces
During my first year of college, I attended the American University of Paris (2023-2024) and was required to completed this piece for a Journalism Practicum course I was enrolled in. I chose to feature my passion in filmmaking and comment on its role in Parisian history.
Film Archives: What’s Their Importance? (2024)

This is my first creative experimentation working with a journalistic structure, and I chose to create a visually appealing blend using Paris’ charm and history. Known as a creative center for the arts, I found inspiration from the setting and wished to explore its intricate history with the film world.

A short collection of shots from my travels to various Greek islands and Athens during the summer of 2024, demonstrating the environment's serene, yet lively nature.
NSSA Trip 2025

This short montage, filmed through my camcorder, demonstrates a collection of moments from a trip with FIU Surf Club to support student surfers participating in the National Scholastic Surfing Association (NSSA) competition. I wished to capture the essence of traveling, camping, and surfing with friends.
